BCAA POWDER is a preparation that contains ideal proportions of branched BCAA amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, enriched with vitamin B6 essential for protein metabolism. The BCAA amino acids make up almost 40% of the dry muscle mass. As a result of intensive training these amino acids are burned inside the energy cells. BCAA POWDER helps replenish BCAA amino acids in the diet. How to use: Take a single serving of the product - 5 g of a tablespoon and wash it with 300 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 1-2 servings daily. Do not dissolve the product. On training days: 1st service 30 min. before a workout, second service directly after a workout. On days without training: First portion in the morning after getting up, second portion before bedtime.
